Business Analyst

You are a product expert (both business and functional) for both Intix products: xTrail & xTrace. You will follow up new product developments and apply them while contributing to client projects.

As part of the professional services team, you will execute project definition studies and analysis of customer implementation projects, through workshops and documentation.

You will advise customers on how to best meet their requirements using Intix.

As the analyst of the project, you are first contact for the technical teams for functional questions and as such you will advise them based on your knowledge of the customer, the project scope and the Intix products, so they can perform the technical implementation.

Together with the customer, you will guide and give them your input during the set-up of their test plans. Based on their functional requirements, you will recommend the customer on dashboarding, reporting and tracking options, and where necessary implement these.

• A strong analytical mind, capable of suggesting simple solutions towards more complex problems.
• Data driven, digging into data specifications (technical and functional) is no problem for you.
• Ideally you have a background in financial messaging (proprietary formats, ISO 15022, ISO 20022).
• You translate data expectations of the customer to product related solutions. You are not afraid to discuss with developers.
• You have an understanding of/and experience with project methodology.
